Every one in the world has born with different abilities,some takes more time and some takes less time to come up with their talent.Some of us becomes the entrepreneur and some of us go with the normal job.In between these all,the most common thing for which we all are craving, is money.
In the Asiatic region,most of the countries are in the developing list.The people here always thinks first for the white collar job,a job that offers best in class amenities and standard of living and then go for other options.This could be due to the huge population in these countries,which makes the country paralized and insufficient in terms of basic things like education, industries,food etc.Hence everyone doesn't get the equal space to grow here.
All these things makes the family weak with money ,This leaves the next generation of the family to bear the financial load and search for a white collar job.
Now a days , In the countries like India, Pakistan,Brazil, Srilanka etc.. getting a job like this is like crossing the Himalayas.The mindset here is that sit in the home, open a coaching class , else prepare for a government job after your graduation.
Only one percent of the total population of these countries go for the entrepreneurship every year.In comparison with the countries like japan and china , these countries are far off from the competition.
In China and Japan sixty percent public thinks for running their own firms and remaining go for the job.
Since the I.T sector has developed well in the mentioned countries , people in this group is getting world class jobs. But what for the other sectors? why these are not getting their prospective jobs ?the problem is ,besides the low money power ,the people here isn't getting the quality education which can make them skilled enough to get hired into a desired job.
A rare competition in between the developed and developing country is one that the developing countriy just produces three hundred ph.d's on their land and a developed country produces three thousand ever year on their land.
This can be understood from the worldwide statistics recently taken out for the world's top 400 universities in which even for the 400th rank , no university has shown priority in these countries.
